Why Positivity Matters

Did you know we have between 12,000 – 50,000 thoughts a day. According to research conducted by the National Science Foundation approximately 80% of our thoughts are negative. If we can increase our positive thoughts, we can change how we feel.

There are many different ways to change our thoughts including mindfulness, gratitude, self-care, walking in nature, and the list goes on.  An exciting method with expansive possibilities is Positive Prime.

What is Positive Prime?

Kim Serafini, the Founder of Positive Prime, shares the following about the sessions.

Positive Prime is cutting-edge technology full of beautiful images and uplifting messages. It is expertly curated visual content and carefully phrased statements, accompanied by music. It acts as a vision board to aid you in cultivating a positive growth mindset.

Positive Prime harnesses the power of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Neuroscience. Sessions are carefully organized, timed, and are engaging to watch. It is designed for the busy on-the-go person.

In three to fifteen minutes a day, you can change your brain to be more positive and show a real 'happiness advantage', as researcher Shawn Achor states in his book of the same name.

What our clients are saying

I have seen Terri Hamilton over the last few years to learn Mindfulness techniques and organization. She helps me work on my schoolwork when it seems overwhelming. I have listened to Terri and have been heard by her. She knows how to talk to teenagers which is sometimes hard for other adults. Terri and I have talked about goal setting which is not always easy but makes be aware of what I am doing and where I would like to be. As a teenager, I realize my brain will continue to develop until the age of 25 although I often feel like I have things figured out. What I like most about seeing Terri is her calm and reassuring voice. Jesse, Londonderry, NH – Age 15
