Terri offers a variety of group coaching opportunities. Group coaching offers a sense of community to its participants. It offers a safe place to learn and share ideas. Relationships are fostered as well as new perspectives of what may be difficult for you. You are not alone in a safe group coaching program.  Group coaching can be customized for you, the client.

A Mindful Journey

This Terri’s group coaching program designed specifically for the challenges parents face at work and at home. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and working too many hours, it’s time to take care of yourself.  


”A Mindful Journey” gives parents powerful mindfulness strategies to use in the workplace and at home. This 6-month journey connects you with other motivated parents as you change your mindset to embrace positivity. Group coaching will help you set achievable goals, boost your resilience, and tackle stressors with grace.


Practical Ways to Be Mindful

“Practical Ways to Be Mindful” is Terri’s small group 4-week course which includes topics on Mindfulness, Mindset, Confidence, Happiness, Patience and Balance.  Gratitude and Self-Care are also integral parts of this program. Imagine feeling better after only 4 weeks. Topics are presented by Terri and participants have the opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts.

A Vision Board Workshop

“A Vision Board Workshop” is a hands-on guided workshop to help you identify what motivates and inspires you. Choosing a single word or two for your inspiration, the vision board brings it all together for you to experience joy with its creation. This Workshop can be customized for you and a group of your friends for a gathering of inspiration.
